Spiritual Fathers are Rare

As I look back on my spiritual walk I realize how rare spiritual Fathers are. I know that the priests and ministers did the best they could, but there are too few of them really.

I realize how much I just put together and put in practice by myself. Books and speakers can be great teachers but they are inadequate.

What I would not have given to have someone show me how to walk the Christian walk. Not as advice from on high, but as a dialogue.

So much is lost between generations spiritual and physical it is a tragedy.
